Within the group, this role is for the development arm focusing on Affordable Housing, Housing Associations and Local Authorities building long-term relationships.

About the Role:

Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator from a new build residential background to head up the estimating and cost planning function across the business. Working independently and reporting back into the Commercial Director this is an ideal opportunity to get involved in a well-established privately owned business that is currently implementing a strong growth plan over the coming years to increase output.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally at least 5 years of Estimating based experience
• Experience in Residential development
• Ideally from a Developer or Construction background
