Estimator - Construction Manufacturer

A construction manufacturer based in Co. Tyrone wishes to appoint an Estimator.

The company has undergone a substantial period over expansion growth, and wish to add to the Commercial team.

The successful Estimator will be involved in a variety of exciting projects including high-end hotels, commercial, leisure & tourism projects.

Typical Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents based on client requirements
• Follow up submitted tenders using internal system whilst identifying areas of potential risk & ensuring appropriate, clear qualifications & clarifications are included
• Timely submission of well-presented tenders after finalisation with Estimating Manager / Director
• Liaison with clients throughout entire process
• Construct and deliver competitive solutions and quotes to clients
• Be the point of contact for the client throughout the process
• Identify and develop new leads working in conjunction with the Marketing department
• Building and maintaining relationships with current clients

Key requirements

• Estimating experience within a construction/ or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree/ Further Education qualification

Applicants in the process of study part-time will also be considered.
