Estimator/Quantity Surveyor required for permanent role within County Down construction firm.

Our client specialises in projects in the public and private sectors across NI. Due to continued growth, they require Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The role:

• provide detailed accurate estimates/tenders for project work
• ensure all customer needs are identified through thorough fact finding
• prepare cost estimations for approval
• prepare and submit all bids on time
• work with suppliers and various internal departments to provide a complete quotation comprising design, manufacture and installation
• ensure that orders are fulfilled within the agreed time frame and specifications
• carry out measurements, take-off plans, cost-value analysis, variations, and interim and final account statements.

The candidate:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Estimating/Quantity Surveying role.

The role will be both office and site based as required.
