A leading construction company based in Co. Armagh has an excellent opportunity for a Building Estimator to join their commercial team.

Working closely alongside the QS team, and Senior Contracts Manager you will carry out the following:

Duties:

• Review documents and prepare a report identifying project details
• Completing pricing preliminaries in conjunction with contractors
• Preparing a log of project risks
• Carrying out site visits and preparing reports
• Preparing a tender sum analysis/pricing/document/bill of quantities
• Taking of dimension drawings as required
• Assist in the preparation of submission documents
• Preparing cost plans
• Post tender financial negotiations
• Work with internal Bid Management team where applicable.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum of 4-5 years' experience working as an Estimator
• Building Contractor/ Specialist Sub-Contracting experience.
