You will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to customers utilising our charging infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of charging equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Charge Point breaks downs.
• Carry out study of proposed site and generate reports.
• Installation of power logger and interpret data from load studies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
• Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements and determine optimal charging equipment placement.
• Assist in the coordination of resources, materials, and permits needed for successful installations.
• Monitor the performance of charging stations and promptly respond to any issues or faults reported.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EV charging equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on charging equipment.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Criteria:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Construction Skills Register (CSR) Card holder
• Knowledge of electrical installation and commissioning
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and interaction skills
