The Company:

Our Client is a leading building & fit-out contractor that works throughout Ireland. Many of their projects range between £10M- 200M, covering a variety of sectors from education, commercial, Industrial, leisure and healthcare, working on new build & refurbishment projects.

Due to continued growth and success they are seeking to appoint a Design Coordinator to be involved with a large value commercial project in Central Dublin

Reporting to the Construction Director, the Design Coordinator will have the following:

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager or Design Manager.
• Previous experience in major building sector projects such as Commercial, Education and Healthcare.
• Post-construction and Live Works experience.
• Detail conscious with good communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification 

Experience and Qualifications:

Applicants should be suitably qualified with a proven track record of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, gained preferably with a main contractor. The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
