The overall role will be to schedule defects and work under a tight timescale to complete them. The successful candidate will have to build a strong working relationship with different trades and labour on the job. Exceptional levels of Health and Safety must be kept on this development at all times.

Key Duties:

• Estimating general building works
• Lead on Small Works projects
• People Management
• Surveying general building defects
• Programming works
• Joinery snagging works 
• Paintworks 

Criteria:

• Good eye for detail
• Previous experience of high-end finishes
• Hands on approach
• Strong organisational skills
• CSR/CSCS card
