About Us
We are a leading construction and development company renowned for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ireland. We are embarking on an ambitious new development of 400 residential units in County Cork, and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contracts Manager to oversee this exciting project from start to completion.

Role Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will take a lead role in managing the contracts and ensuring the successful execution of this high-profile residential project. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all contract terms are met, costs are controlled, and quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract management for the project, including negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contractual obligations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and the procurement team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Cost Control: Monitor budgets, track project expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality or safety.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are met and that project risks are mitigated.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality standards in line with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project progress and financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project planning, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and project management tools.
  • A proactive approach to managing contracts and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
