We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to oversee two large-scale residential developments in North Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of two concurrent residential projects from start to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
  • Oversee all contractual obligations and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, assess progress, and ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare progress reports, manage project documentation, and handle any necessary contract negotiations or variations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the construction industry, preferably in residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and Irish building regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in managing health & safety standards on construction sites.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Full driving license and the flexibility to travel between sites in North Dublin.
