Contracts Administrator - Magherafelt

Constracts Administrator 

Location: Magherafelt 

You will be working alongside various teams, and supporting the Contracts Managers where duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Record keeping
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Handling tender orders
  • Following up on enquiries
  • Note taking and distribution
  • Filing
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Downloading & Printing Drawings
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Booking meetings
  • General team support where needed including managing team diaries where needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Good IT office skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Good eye for detail
  • Organised
  • Efficient
  • Proactive
  • Good time management skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and also, individually
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Positive can do Attitude
  • Flexible team player
  • Must have the ability to cope under pressure
