An experienced Construction Estimator is required to join a Co. Tyrone based Building Contractor.

Working as an experienced Estimator within the team, you will work on projects from £1M-£6M in value.

As the Construction Estimator & reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the estimating process for new and on-going works, preparing accurate cost estimates and rates using Construction Estimating Software.

Other duties include:

• Understand commercial and technical requirements of each bid, assess work methods with the Contracting Team and any challenges.
• Assess risk and commercial opportunities
• Maintain and develop strong contacts with a strong working knowledge of sub-contractors and an up-to-date resource database
• Close liaison with fellow bid team members, estimator and with PM team 

Qualified with a degree/ HND in a Construction or Quantity Surveyor discipline, you will have a proven track record in estimating working for a building contractor. You will be familiar with Estimating software - Conquest. You will be a strong player within the Estimating division and bring a minimum of 4/5 years' experience with you to the role.
