Construction Claims Specialist

A new freelance opportunity exists for a Construction Claims Specialist to work on a £70M Industrial Project.

The job role will last for 12-15 months on a fulltime basis.

Working alongside the project delivery team you will be responsible for the following:

• Claims & dispute strategies
• Preparing construction claims, variations, extensions
• Contract Administration
• Contractual Correspondence
• Commercial contractual advice
• Performing technical analysis
• Drafting technical submissions

The Claims Specialist will have experience of managing claims on lives projects up to £30m+ and come from a QS background. Previous Contracts Management experience is preferable.

Claims/ Dispute experience within the MEP or Power Project sectors is advantageous.

A market leading rate will be on offer to the successful individual with minimum of 12 months contract work based in Northern Ireland.
