A leading Irish Developer is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee projects Dublin and Leinster region

Having recently secured projects throughout Dublin, Leinster and the Southeast, the company has established itself as a leading developer. 

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager 

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects in the residential sector.

You will be a results driven QS with demonstrable experience managing staff and projects and will have strong contractual awareness and people management skills

Duties: 

• Managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Oversee the procurement of new suppliers & subcontractors
• Prepare monthly CVR's
• Manage the projects cash flow
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Act as a mentor to junior surveyors and offer commercial support and guidance to your immediate team and the wider project team
