In this role you will primarily conduct calls to check in with current clients and answer any queries they have as well as give advice on how they can maximise the return they are getting. You will schedule online meetings with customers, where you review the progress of their projects & system usage, make recommendations to enable them to achieve their goals and keep them up to date on the latest features from the development team.
If you’re stimulated by problem solving and can handle basic customer support enquiries (also part of your remit), then this may well be the role for you.
