The CSR Group are currently working with a leading, Belfast based social housing provider who are currently looking to recruit a Clerk of Works to oversee a number of active and new residential schemes throughout the region.

The successful candidate will oversee work being carried out on numerous projects throughout NI.

The Role

·         Conduct inspections and report on social housing sites

·         Undertaking site inspections and comparing work with drawings and specifications

·         Advising and supporting managers

·         Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and undertaking surveys

·         Monitoring time spent on jobs and decide when further action is needed

·         Subcontract management

The Person

·         Detail orientated

·         Strong organisational capabilities

·         Previous experience in a similar role

·         Excellent communication and reporting skills

·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and suite
