Civils Foreman – (Dublin City) Top Tier Contractor

CSR Construction is delighted to announce a new opportunity with a tier one contractor based in Dublin City! We work closely with one of Irelands leading building contractors who are seeking a Civil Foreman to help manage all the civils work on a high end Student Accommodation development in Dublin City. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with reputable main contractor(s) on large scale projects.

Criteria:

·          Strong Engineering / Trades Background

·          Main Contracting Background

·          Ambitious and self-motivated

·          Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients

·          Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties:

·          Day to day running of Site

·          Manage staff and subcontractors

·          Reporting to the Site Manager

·          Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets

·          Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines

·          Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships

·          Providing specialist technical leadership
