Civil Quantity Surveyor – Kilkenny

A Civil Engineering contractor is currently recruiting for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based in Kilkenny.

The company has been established for over 40 years and has built an enviable reputation for delivering both large and small scale projects throughout Ireland and further afield.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, the successful QS will take responsibility for a large scale project running in Kilkenny for at least the next year 

You will work alongside both commercial and site based staff ensuring project costs are accurately monitored and reported on a regular basis. 

You will engage in client meetings representing the company.

The Person

·         Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline

·         10 years’ experience in a similar role

·         Previous experience working with a Civil Engineering contractor is beneficial

·         Excellent communication and organisational skills

·         Strong desire to progress and develop
