CSR have been retained by a leading civils contractor to source a Civil Foreman for a number of projects in the Dublin/Leinster region. Accommodation is provided

The company has over 50 years experience in the industry and have been involved in the successful completion of a number of infrastructural projects throughout Ireland. They believe in career growth, a healthy work life balance and have an immediate opening for a Civil Foreman to join their expanding team.

The Role:

• Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
• Management and control of health and safety issues
• Ordering and control of materials on site.
• Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
• Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a strong site background
• Previous experience working on roads projects
• Previous experience with a top contractor in Ireland
• Adaptable, motivated and uses own initiative
• Ability to communicate strategy to the wider team
• Proven record of seeing projects through from beginning to completion
