Civil Foreman-Longford 

Our client a leading a leading groundworks & civil engineering company are currently seeking a civil foreman for a solar farm project in Waterford. This company place a strong emphasis on upskilling their workforce and have a strong pipeline of work. If you are looking for a change in you career we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the civil construction activities for the wind farm project

- Coordinate and schedule work crews, equipment, and materials

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects, preferably in renewable energy

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques

- Familiarity with wind farm construction processes is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
