Civil and Structural Engineer - Cork

CSR Construction are seeking to recruit a Civil and Structural Engineer to join a growing medium sized contractor based in.  The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual and will work across all stages of a project lifecycle within the companies quickly expanding construction team. This is a full time Permanent position with a very competitive salary/package on offer. 

Criteria:

BSC Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent..

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Project and AutoCad

Ability to work to deadlines

Duties:

Setting Out using Total Stations, Dumpy Levels etc.

Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect

Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force

Prepare reports as required
