This young Site Manager has worked his way from an apprentice bricklayer, assistant Site Manager, thought to a No.2 on site. With his current company on his most recent project he worked as a No.2 on the 1^st phase of a £14.7M office & Office block refurbishment. Progression has lead him to become No.1 on the 2^nd phase of the project which is valued at £4.5M. Currently seeking to secure a permanent move, to work as a No.1 Site Manager on projects in the value range of £1M - £5M.

No.2 & No.1 Site Manager

Office & Admin Block Refurbishment, £14.7M

Responsible for delivering 2 of 5 levels, then managed the clients FFE fit out, now No.1 on site finishing 2No. roofs, new fire escape stair, external facade works and small works for client’s variations.

Student Accommodation, £13M

Working as a Project Manager, reporting to the Senior PM - Joined the project in the early stages of the fit out and took over 2 of the 3 building and brought to a finish.

7No. Block of Apartments, £11M

Working as a Site Manager No. 1 responsible for the external envelope, roofs and soft/hard landscaping for 7 blocks      of flats, with an Assistant Site Manager working for me overseeing the fit out and I reported to the Construction Director.

Responsible for internal construction and finishes of both hotel and office areas, managing the full scope of works – reporting directly to the Project Director.
