A highly experienced Fit Out Site Manager with over 25 years’ experience within construction. Currently just completed a 12 month contract, which the project was handed over 1 month early. Has experience working on high spec Fit Out projects, up to the value of £60M.

Confident Site Manager in all aspects of controlling site work from start to completion of contracts. Long term experience working with Sub-contractors & taking responsibility for the required works. Ability in taking decisions & working with all levels of both client employers’ management teams. General duties included; Setting out & maintaining construction programmes, Up to date with Building Control, NHBC, regulation, Using & Updating AutoCAD drawings and working within agreed programmes and budgets.
