This Site Manager has a strong joinery background building housing, Apartments, Student Accommodation, commercial developments and schools. Currently finishing a commercial building at present, to be complete at the start of August. Keen to secure work with a Northern Ireland company for work throughout the UK.

Holds broad knowledge different trades which include; plumbing, electrics and ground works, with the ability to understand architectural drawings. Excellent eye for detail and natural appreciation for high specification work. Excellent knowledge of computer applications, ie.  Auto cad, Word, Excel. This Site Manager has the ability to work to deadlines, on his own initiative and as part of a team. Additional knowledge of building measurement and costing.
