Buyer – Residential Developer

CSR are currently working on behalf of a well-established Residential Developer based in Dublin to recruit a Buyer.

With a proud heritage as an industry leading builder of innovative, energy efficient and quality assured homes. The team has a proven ability to deliver high quality houses within healthy living environments to Ireland’s new and existing homeowners.

The role:

As a Buyer you will work closely with the Senior Buyer and other members of the procurement team in procuring materials for a range of projects throughout Leinster.

·         Establish and maintain a good working relationships with suppliers and clients.

·         Assisting with tender enquiries, tender analysis and scheduling.

·         Run monthly reports.

·         Placing orders for materials.

The person:

·         You must have 2+ years’ experience of working in a construction role with some understanding of buying.

·         Enthusiastic and out going

·         IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

·         Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on experience.
