We are currently seeking to recruit a Building Services Manager to work with a well-respected main contractor within the construction industry in Northern Ireland. To assist as an important member of their team and compliment their existing resource, they seek an experienced Building Services Manager. The duties of the position will be to provide full services support to the teams involved on their projects.

The Building Services Manager will be required to manage all building services for some sites, provide input into programme development and ensure that the works are carried out on sites to the required standards.  Projects range from £5M-20M in value and are based in Northern Ireland only.

The Person:

• 10 years' relevant Building Services experience (Main Contracting/ M&E contracting/ M&E Design)
• Familiar with the process of management of designers, of coordinator and intergration of building services into a complete construction project
• Capable of working as a member of the team, working to deadlines
• Experience of adhering to programmes and budgets
• Project Management experience
