Building Service Engineer

Our client is a leading main contractor at the forefront of the construction industry for over 65 years. They now require a Building Service Engineer for projects based in limerick. If you are a qualified Building Service Engineer with an eagerness to grow your experience and join a leading main contractor then apply below.

Responsibilities:

·         Undertake site visits to include surveys for technical due diligence, to capture information to inform M&E design and monitor installation and commissioning.

·         Attend team/client meetings and give progress reports on the project.

·         Produce and review mechanical and electrical design documents

·         Prepare reports for project manager and clients.

·         Adhered to the health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

·         3^rd level degree in building services, mechanical or electrical engineering or strong trades background.

·         4 year’s, experience in similar role.

·         Relevant experience in the design and specification of Mechanical or Electrical Building Services systems to relevant standards and codes of practice.

·         Must be self-motived and able to work within a team

·         Must be health and safety conscious
