Building Service Engineer

Our client is a well-established Mechanical contracting company that now requires a Building Services Engineer. The company is based in Dublin and projects will also be Dublin based. This is a great opportunity for a Building Service Engineer who wants to work alongside the best and be valued for the work they have done.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the Systems under your control.

·         Assist our clients in troubleshooting potential services system failures and undertake design reviews.

·         Identify issues and report them to the project manager

·         Adhered to health and safety protocols when on site

·         Collaborating with other participants in design process: architects, structural and, fire consultants.

·         Attending design and contractor site meetings.

About you:

·         3^rd level degree in building services or strong trades background.

·         4 years’ experience in similar role.

·         Demonstrable willingness to take on new responsibilities and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team within a well-defined project organisation structure.

·         Experience in residential and industrial sector.

·         Effective communicator both oral and written.

·         Ability to be a part of a team and work on own initiative.
