Building Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have undertaken projects throughout Ireland and UK. They now require a Building Service Coordinator for a project based in Cork. If you are looking to make a career move this is an excellent opportunity for a Building Service Coordinator to join one of Irelands most progressive and respectable Contactor in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

·         Monitor, co-ordinate and control the flow of M&E design information to ensure the timely release of information for construction activities.

·         Participate in the Project Health & Safety Meetings as required.

·         Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations

·         Performs key role in the oversight of structural maintenance and building operations.

·         Liaise with the Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors.

·         Develop, manage, and enforce project schedule.

Qualifications:

3^rd level Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, trades background will be considered.

3-4 years, experience in similar role in Ireland UK.

Must have strong understanding of mechanical or electrical products and systems

Must be H&S conscious

Proven track record of working on large scale projects
