Role: Bookkeeper with Admin
Location: Lisburn
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; 4pm finish Friday
Salary: £23,500-£27,500 depending on experience
CSR are currently recruiting for the post of Office Administrator. This role will be to assist with general bookkeeping duties and making sure customer interactions with the company are positive and leave them satisfied. You will help take customer phone calls, respond to their enquiries, provide great service, and assist them with completing the full sales order process, all while remaining polite and professional.
Duties
Support to the General Manager and Company Accountant in preparation of monthly management accounts and other general bookkeeping duties required.
Stock control, dispatching goods, Invoicing, Credit control, Purchase orders
Purchase ledger preparation
Arranging transport and logistics
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and staff each day to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Any other duties deemed necessary to support the requirements
Skills
Proficient in the use Sage 50 & Excel
Purchase Ledger
Competent in the use of CRM database systems (ProspectSoft or similar)
Excellent email etiquette
Experienced in the full sales order process.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised, task orientated and a fantastic communicator, bringing a high level of competency and capacity to the business.
