Bid Writer

Our client are a leading Civil Engineering and Building Company, with a turnover in excess of £40million.This role will be based in Head office in County Tyrone, delivering high quality construction and civil engineering projects across the UK and Ireland. Our client operates in all aspects of Construction from Civils and Water Infrastructure through to Commercial and Residential projects.

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our Team. Based at Head Office, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager and Team, Internal departments and external supply chain helping to deliver these central business development functions.

Duties

·                         Review and analyse PQQ/ tender documents

·                         Prepare & proofread written responses to PQQ/Tender questions

·                         Produce and update supporting documentation

·                         Preparation of tender presentations when required

·                         Review, feedback and edit bid responses as appropriate

·                         Producing and editing proposal content within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

Ideal Candidate

·         3+ years in similar roles

·         Demonstrable experience in Civils, Construction or Surveying field in a proposal’s environment

·         Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledgebase system
