You will be an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor that has progressed to a Senior level with a similar organisation and has provided a management role on large-scale, major projects. 

Previous management experience of mentoring sub-teams is essential along with being responsible for the profitability of the department you manage.
The company is based in Dublin with regional offices and offers the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
