CSR Construction has a new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join one of Northern Irelands busiest contractors. Initially you will work closely with the Project Manager, carrying out duties such as management of sub contactors, ordering materials, labour management, health & safety duties and producing weekly progress reports.

The project is a large social housing apartment development in Derry/Londonderry.

Salaries around £40-45k

Requirements

• Engineering Background preferable
• Previous housing project experience
• Residential Project Experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Work closely with the Site Management Team
• Management of Sub Contractors
• Management of Health & Safety Matters
