Architectural Technologist – Remote Working

At CSR Group, we are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural Practice for a Full-Time, solely remote working role. The practice specialises in high end domestic homes and has an incredibly busy order book for the future. The role would involve the completion of Construction Drawings for high end residential homes, no design required.

With work secured through to the latter stages of 2021 and further on into the New Year, the desire for architectural technologist is now present. Interviews are commencing ASAP, and carrying onto the next few weeks as this company are keen to find enthusiastic, result driven individuals to join their team!

Location:             Remote – Working from home (Full-time)

Company:           Architects Practice

Experience:        Prior experience in an architects practice (considering various levels)

Salary:                  Experience dependant – £20k (Graduate) to £45k (Senior)

Interviewing:    Immediately

Duties of the role will include but may not be limited to:

·         Working independently

·         Negotiating projects, assessing the needs of clients and other parties

·         Completing construction drawings

·         Using AutoCAD, Sketchup etc  

·         Construction process

Required Skills:

·         Organisation and management skills

·         Freehand drawings skills

·         Computer skills in specific softwares

·         Passion for architecture

·         Strong visualisation (3D)
