Accounts Administrator - Dungannon

 

Our construction industry client are seeking to appoint someone with strong skills in accounts, administration and purchase ledger. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Reception duties, greeting visitors, directing calls, sorting mail 
  • Filing 
  • Printing received emails 
  • Purchase invoicing
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Ordering stationary 
  • Purchase ledger 

Hours: 

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 pm 

Salary: 

Competetive salary depending on experience
