CSR are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman/Site Supervisor on behalf of a Northern Ireland based contractor for a 3 month project in Newcastle, Co Down. The client is actively looking for a Working Foreman to join an already successful team of talented and determined individuals based from Northern Ireland to assist with the running of building projects valued between £50K - £250K.

About the Company

The client is a well-established local building contractor with a decent order book that takes them to Q4 2021

About the Role

The ideal candidate must be hands on and come from a trades background, specifically building and have experience of extensions and minor works, the must be flexible and be comfortable client facing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into Site Management or to further development within the role.

3 months initially in Newcastle with a view to further employment throughout Co. Down

Qualification/Skills

Our ideal candidate will:

·         Hold a Site Safety Supervisors/First Aid accreditation. (Desirable)

·         Hold a current valid Driving Licence.

·         Come from a Joinery or trades background

·         Have the ability to maintain good site/work records and maintain orders in line with their own scheduled tasks.

·         Liaise with the supply chain members and sub-contractors for works under their control.

·         Programme site Tasks in conjunction with Managing Director under the guidance of his direct report.

·         Report back on the performance of projects, expenditure and subcontractors from a basic site level.
