The CSR Group in Rathfarnham currently invite applications for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. 

Over the past 10 years, CSR has experienced substantial growth and are now recognised as a leading Recruitment Consultancy in Ireland serving the Construction & Technical market. 

The key objective of a Recruitment Consultant within CSR Group, is to use your skills and knowledge of the Construction & Technical market to assist Clients in sourcing construction professionals through networking, headhunting, CSR database, referrals, placing job adverts and the use of social media.

Job duties include the following:

• Daily Telephone outbound sales calls
• Attracting candidates and CVs
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing internal interviews and shortlisting for job roles.
• Building relationships with job applicants and clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
• Screening construction professionals and scheduling meetings
• Checking references and suitability of employment
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
• Handling objections when they arise
• Providing advice on career opportunities in the market including CV advice, and tailoring before submission to the client

What experience are we looking for:

• Experience of working in a customer-driven service environment
• Previous sales experience
• Experience of working to timescales and sales targets
• Ability to use and display initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Being able to work with a sense of urgency - recruitment experience is not necessary however being driven, competitive and ambitious is.
• You need to be resilient, motivated and tenacious
