CSR is working with an M&E Contractor based in Belfast who seeks to appoint Trainee/Junior Electrical Contracts Manager. You will be involved in Commercial and Industrial Projects around NI and be responsible to building projects valuing up to £1-2M.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Managing Director and Contracts Manager
• Manage and oversee engineers and installation on site
• Control and monitor the material and sub-contract procurement
• Liaising closely with senior management, the client and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are completed within time, budget and to the specified standard
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Providing specialist technical leadership
• Manage and monitor material deliveries
• Attend relevant site meetings

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installations
• HNC/HND Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
• Experience as time-served Electrician/Site Supervisor/Manager or Project Manager
• Adaptable to different projects types and clients
• Experience working on Commercial Projects
• Hardworking attitude
• Good communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong IT skills
