The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands oldest family run construction companies. The company, based in Northern Ireland is recruiting for a Snr Site Manager with a strong trades background and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a £10m project in the heart of Belfast.

This is a prestigious project for the Contractor and the successful Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the project, in particular focusing on all finishing works.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trades background
• Experience in large commercial projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
