The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized commercial and residential developers. The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for 2no. Site Managers for projects in the North West and Derry, ideally the candidates will have a good house building background or commercial experience and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a large multi-unit residential project or a large commercial apartment block.

Packages around £35-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Experience in housing and commercial projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2-5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
