The client is a well-established fit out contractor priding themselves on their exceptional craftsmanship, with an ever-expanding and impressive portfolio.  Specialising primarily within the hospitality industry, the client also offers a host of opportunity to expand into various sectors.

About the Role

The client is offering new and exciting opportunities for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a multi-million pound contract in Belfast which could also lead to expansion into mainland UK.  The role offers an excellent base for long term project experience and career progression.  The ideal candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of successful delivery on previous fit out or refurbishment projects.

Qualifications/Skills

·         Must have qualification or be able to demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience in their specific skillset

·         CSCS card

·         CITB SSSTS certificate holder (or equivalent)

·         Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel with ability to work competently on Project Software.

·         Driving licence

·         Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation

·         Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment

·         Maintain strong working relationships with everyone on site

Benefits and Rewards

The expected salary will range between £35,000 - £40,000

However, salaryis also open to negotiation depending on experience of the role and industry.
