Site Manager – Cork

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Public Works Project in County Cork. The Project itself is located in South Cork. The company is a medium sized main contractor who specialises in quality projects in just about all aspects of the industry. It is a family run business that have grown steadily over the last 20 years. They are looking for a No.1 on site.

The Role

·         Management of sub-contracted services

·         Weekly and or monthly reports of all activities on site

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site

·         Responsible for Health and safety on site

The Candidate

·         5yrs+ experience as a Site Manager

·         Public Works experience highly beneficial

·         Trade highly beneficial or relevant degree

·         Keen eye for detail

·         The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality

·          Strong focus on health and safety
