The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s most trusted family run building contractors. The company, based in Co. Down, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join their busy team and help them successfully deliver both commercial and residential projects. Ideally the candidate will have an extensive project list on their cv and have a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £40-50k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade or engineering background
• Extensive experience in a range of building projects
• Experience on sites with contaminated ground
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £500k - £2M worth of work
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contract Manager level.
