Site Manager - Top Tier

CSR Construction is delighted to announce an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a New Build Development in Sheffield. The Construction Company is operating for over 60 years and boasts an excellent reputation for building some of the most high profile projects throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager who has experience working on large scale building projects for a Main Contractor. They are seeking a loyal Manager who is looking to develop with their company. The company has a £22M new build student accommodation development. There is piling foundations on site and a RC structure with the build. An ambitious Manager will have the opportunity to further their career whilst working on an excellent salary and package.

Criteria

• Strong Building Background
• Bricklaying / Joinery / Engineering / Construction Management background
• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £8M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
