Site Manager - New Build Apartments (Belfast)

CSR Construction requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a £2M New Build Apartment development in Belfast. The building Contractor has been operating for over 30 years and has an excellent reputation within the industry. Our client has secured a strong order book for the coming 2 years and with the project starting in 6 weeks, they are keen to add to their management team. A strong trades or engineering background is required, with the ability to work in a highly demanding environment essential. This opportunity is permanent with a highly competitive salary + vehicle.

Duties

• Overall management of the £2M project
• Management of Sub - Contractors
• Ordering Materials
• Read drawing and make amendments
• Dealing with issues on own initiative
• Chair Site meetings
• Liaise with the Architect

Criteria

• Site Managers site pass
• Proven track record in projects £2M+
• Completion of at least one full Social Housing Development
• Apartment block experience
• Strong trades / Engineering background
