Site Manager – Kerry

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Residential Project in County Kerry. This project is due to start shortly and consists of 18 units mixed with a total value of approximately €2 million. The company is a medium sized main contractor who specialises in quality projects in just about all aspects of the industry. It is a family run business that have grown steadily over the last 20 years. They are looking for a No.1 on site.

The Role

·         Management of sub-contracted services

·         Weekly and or monthly reports of all activities on site

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site

·         Responsible for Health and safety on site

The Person

·         Highly motivated and independent

·         Excellent communicator both verbally and written

·         Proficient with IT

·         Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations

·         Previous experience as Site Manager 5yrs+

·         Residential experience
