Site Manager - Housing (Armagh)

CSR Construction has a new opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee a housing development in the Armagh. The construction company has been operating for the past 40 years and due to increased success they would like to add a Site Manager to their team. The residential contractor builds a mixture of timber frame and traditional build houses. They would like a Foreman / Manager, who is flexible to work on either type of build. Competitive salary with a van and fuel card on offer.

Criteria

• Strong Trades / Engineering Background
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
• Housing projects as Site Manager
• Project list of contacts £1M and above
• Site Management Safety Pass
• Preferably 1st Aid

Duties

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Overall management of Project
• Keep the Project on time and within budget
• Order materials
