Site Manager – Dublin City Centre

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for Dublin’s City Centre. Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Construction companies. The company has been a permanent feature in the tier 1 list for many years’ now because of their continuous delivery of quality projects on time and within budget. They are looking for a Site Manager that has experience with groundworks and structures.

Looking for someone who can motivate a team behind them.

The company is offering a great salary + van and benefits package for the right person.

The Role

·         Responsible for day to day running of the site.

·         Reporting Directly to the Contracts Manager.

·         Ensure all health and safety best practises are being followed.

·         Attend daily, weekly site meetings

·         Implementing Daily and Weekly programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors.

The Candidate

·         Ideally coming from a trades background or construction qualification.

·         5years + in a similar role.

·         Experience with a main contractor.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Proficient IT skills word, project etc.

·         Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.

·         Excellent people management and coordination skills.

·         Structural and groundworks experience highly desirable
