Site Manager – Dublin

CSR group is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a Medium Sized Hospital Project in Dublin. The company have won a few projects recently and looking to expand their team. Project is due to start shortly and looking for quality people currently.

This medium sized company specialise in Healthcare projects and are considered a market leader.

Looking for a No.1 on Site that will oversee the whole project from start to finish.

The role

• Working directly with the Project Manager to make sure project is done on time and within budget.
• Responsible for the day to day running of the site.
• Dealing with Quality Control and Safety on Site.
• Responsible for the Management of Sub-contractors, engineering, operational staff and personnel.

The Candidate

• 5yrs+ experience as a Site Manager
• Healthcare Project experience highly beneficial
• Engineering/Trade background would be highly beneficial
• Keen eye for detail
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
• Strong focus on health and safety
