Site Manager - Dublin City

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a New build in Dublin’s City Centre. This market leading company is looking for a highly talented individual with experience on medium-large scale projects. This current project is estimated at €20million.

Having been one of Irelands leading construction companies for the past 60years+ and because of their continued and steady growth, due to repeat business and recent project wins they are looking to expand their already talented team.

The person

·         5yrs+ Site Management experience

·         Degree in related field beneficial but not essential

·         Computer literate

·         Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

·         Team player and motivator

The role

·         Working directly with the Project Manager to make sure project is done on time and within budget.

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site.

·         Dealing with Quality Control and Safety on Site.

·         Responsible for the Management of Sub-contractors, engineering, operational staff and personnel.
