Site Manager - Apartments (Belfast)

CSR Construction requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a £2M Apartment development in Belfast City Centre. Our client has secured a strong order book and would like a Site Manager who has a project list that includes developments of residential and apartment experience. This opportunity is with a reputable builder, who has a number of projects in the Belfast / Greater Belfast area. A strong Joinery background is required, with the ability to work in a highly demanding environment essential. This opportunity is permanent with a highly competitive salary, vehicle and fuel.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of the finishes to the project
• Supervision of all direct and sub-contract staff
• Health & Safety / Risk Assessments
• Plant and material sourcing / ordering
• Weekly reports to Contracts Management

Criteria:

• New Build Commercial experience
• 5+ years Site Management track record
• Health & Safety management
• Computer literacy
• Site Management Safety Pass
